As General Counsel to “Democracy Watch,” an organization established to monitor and conduct tracking and exit polls for the 2000 presidential election in the Republic of Mexico, we were responsible for compliance with Mexican election laws and regulations promulgated by the Federal Elections Institute (IFE).
